Description

This IE Stroker Kit Oil Pump Conversion Gear is in-house manufactured from hardened steel. This is the required oil pump drive gear for your 1.8T 20V 06A engine when piecing together your own stroker kit using a 2.0T FSI crankshaft.

The IE 1.8T 20V Oil Pump Drive Gear For 2.0L Stroker Conversion is absolutely essential when piecing together your own 2.0L stroker kit using a stock VW/Audi 2.0T FSI EA113 crankshaft. We have completely reverse engineered the stock version of this gear that is not available to buy separately from the crankshaft through VW or Audi. The complete new gear is manufactured in-house to exacting tolerances from hardened steel for a lifetime of reliable operation. Installation requires removal of the factory installed gear from the FSI crankshaft using a 3 jaw puller, heat the new gear, and slide gear onto the crank snout with the chamfered edge facing the crankshaft.

NOTE: If you are purchasing a 1.8T Stroker Kit or FSI Stroker Crankshaft from IE, you do not need to purchase gear. All IE FSI crankshafts for 1.8T strokers have this gear pre-installed in-house before shipping.
