Our HPA MK4 dogbone inserts are used in all of our high performance MK4 project cars and are a much needed upgrade for any heavily modded street or race car. These 90a durometer inserts will reduce wheel hop and engine movement, especially on hard acceleration, allowing for positive shifting under spirited driving conditions. Please note that these will increase vibration and noise when installing these to your vehicle.

• Torque Specs:
  • 10x70mm bolt = 30 ftlbs + 1/4 turn
  • 10x30mm bolt = 30 ftlbs + 1/4 turn
  • 8x45mm bolts = 15 ftlbs + 1/4 turn
