Our Parrillas’ grilling and cooking surfaces are now available for your professional outdoor kitchen or cooking area. The mechanism of Roaster parrillas, their “heart”, is now possible to be dropped into your custom counter-top or fireplace installation.

Many restaurant designers and chefs have very specific needs for their commercial kitchen. The new Roaster Built-in line is intended to compliment or fully satisfy these needs. These grills offer almost every capability of the Parrilla grills, but come ready to slide into an enclosure of the customer’s design.
